Customer Reviews
Detailed experience with a Gift Box
I ordered a Holiday Cookie Tin as a gift for my sister. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found it easy to navigate. I selected a delivery date, and it arrived right on time, which was important for the holiday. The cookies, a mix of Ginger Molasses and Vanilla Bean, were well-packed in the tin and none were broken. My sister said they were fresh and really enjoyed the flavors. I even called customer support about a tracking question, and they were helpful and polite. Overall, a smooth experience from start to finish, and the gift was a hit.
Good value for a first order
I was looking for some unique cookies and saw Fancypants Baking. I used the 15% off for my first order on a Variety Pack. The savings made it a really good deal, especially with free shipping over $50. Felt like I got a lot of cookies for the price.
Cookies were pretty good
Just got some of the Brown Sugar Oatmeal Cookies from here. They tasted fresh, not too sweet which I liked. Shipping was quick, got them within a week. The packaging was cute too. No complaints, I'd probably order again if I wanted more cookies.
Mostly good, minor improvement needed
I tried the Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies and they were surprisingly tasty for being GF. Delivery was quick, got them in about 5 days to my apartment in Seattle. The packaging was good, kept everything fresh. My only small issue was the website; it was a little slow to load images when I was browsing, which was a bit annoying. But the cookies themselves were great and customer service was fine when I had a question about ingredients.
Consistent quality, fast delivery
This was my third time ordering from Fancypants Baking. I got the Double Chocolate Cookies again, and they were just as good as the last two times. Delivery to Ohio took 4 days, which is pretty standard for them. They're reliable, that's why I keep coming back.
Fancypants Baking Community Discussion
Share tips, ask questions & help fellow shoppers save more
Are these cookies really that different because of the upcycled oat flour? Or is it just a gimmick?
I'm looking for some gluten-free options. Are their GF cookies actually good, or do they have that weird GF texture?
Do they ever do bigger sales than the 10-15% off? Like around Black Friday or something?
What's the deal with returns if I order a gift box and it gets messed up in shipping? Will they replace it?
Does Fancypants ship all over the US? I live in a pretty rural area in Montana and sometimes places won't deliver out here.
